Sara is awesome. I've never had a bad cut there. Staff is always friendly and laughing.
Mel has been giving me hair cuts, dye, and highlights since I moved her 14 years ago, and I have never been dissatisfied. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Sara was wonderful and she knows what she is doing. Great colorist. Gave me the highlights I asked for.. She was kind and very friendly.. I would definitely recommend her and I would give this a try before the other pricey salons around...
I have been to this place before and knew when I walked in, that I would need to sign-in. However, there was no sign-in sheet there. It took approximately 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When I got into the seat, I described a style that I had had before and liked. I also explained some minor changes to it. Now, I know I don't do this for a living and was looking for an opinion but I felt like my idea was shot down. "That will look choppy". Then she just started cutting. There was no more discussion. I wanted shorter layers on top and I can see how it would look choppy but I was willing to further discuss to merge my idea and her thoughts. She cuts and then that's it. At this point, I'm just not happy but not overly upset...that is, until I get back to my house and look in the mirror. Both me and a family member see immediately that the cut is lopsided. This overall experience was just awful. I will not be going back there! EVER!!!
