I have not even returned the car but felt the need to write the review. This crew you have goes above and beyond. I'm a big guy they (respectfully) recognized this and worked to make sure I was supplied with a comfortable vehicle. From courtesy calls etc this crew you have in Swedesboro nj is top notch. In a world where customer service has seem to disappear nice to be treated properly. Thanks guys for making a bad situation better (wrecked my car).
Kristin make my visit so easy and simple... she knows my selection in cars and my expectations. Kristin always have a good attitude and keep a smile on her face for the customers as she serves them with her fast and lighting services. Hannah was very nice and helped a lot. When you reserve online, it tells you your complete total and basically says that is total you will owe when you pick up...then they throw all these other charges at you when you go in. Not the offices fault at all, that is solely corporate and poor business planning. The actual office is great and the employees are always nice and go out of their way for you.
The staff at Enterprise is so nice and accommodating. I rented a great car and there was ease in picking it up and dropping it off.
