I did end up asking the girl behind the counter if this is normal for someone to wait over an hour to get checked in...her response...'No, not normally. I don't know where the service writer is"

When i arrived for my appointment, i was left standing at the service counter for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Nobody asked if they could help me...the service writer was no where to be found.

This is absolutely everything that is wrong with customer service. They think its an annoyance that you are even there and do not respect your time.

Service is lacking - schedule a service appointment for my 2018 Crusader and had to wait 1 month to get it.

We had an amazing experience at Camping World. We shopped around at different locations and found this particular location to be a hit. The General Manager personally took care of us. We has specific needs in mind and he catered to all of them, showing us a good variety of options until we found the perfect fit! When it was time to commit, everything from start to finish was seamless. It was a hassle free experience- when it was time to pick up our trailer we were given a thorough tour of where everything was, including some helpful tips for "just in case" scenarios. The service department made sure everything was perfect before we left the location. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will definitely recommend to our friends and will return when time for an upgrade!

Back around Independence Day weekend, Dave and the service crew really took care of us. We were locked in our RV because of a stuck door and Dave was first concerned for our safety in driving during an unsafe condition (only having the back window to exit). I took on the risk and drove to this Camping World. The awesome tech had the door open, and new lockset installed and we were ready to hit the road within about 30-45 minutes. This was GREAT customer service. Thanks for your help, Dave & crew!

Then when he did come back, he completely ignored me and just kept typing on his computer.

My husband Mark and I are extremely pleased with the sales, finance, store, and management departments at Camping World. We got an excellent price for our Thor Windsport motorcoach. We had a few small issues that needed attention, but the staff at Camping World of Bridgeport could not have been more helpful. If you have a problem ask, don't post negatively! They will do everything possible to make you a "happy camper". We would definitely recommend to our friends! Thank you again! We'll have many enjoyable trips :)

Purchased a new Chateau motorhome. Very easy buying process. Knowledgeable staff and even had the GM assisting! Love our new bus!!
